Pécs Cantat EXPO

Pécs is European Capital of Culture in 2010, the first Hungarian city bearing this role since Hungary joined the European Union. The Pécs Cantat 2010 The Singing Cultural Capital of Europe international choir festival is one of the most prestigious, leading art programme of the whole series of the Pécs 2010 - ECC project. There is an unexpected high interest in the festival and due to the succesful international promotion the Pécs Cantat has more than 1000 participants coming from Africa, America, Asia, Europe and of course Hungary.The centre of the festival will be the newly renovated University Canpus, where the participants will have their registration and workshops.

The Pécs Cantat EXPO will be organized between 16-22 August, in the central Hall of the Campus building. We offer exhibiting possibility in the EXPO for the following representatives:

- music publishers
- choir- and music festivals
- other festivals


The deadline of appliction for the Pécs Cantat EXPO is: June 15. 2010

Date of Pécs Cantat Expo: August 16-21, 2010.
Opening Hours: 9.00 - 17.00
Venue: Main Hall - University of Pécs-Pollack Mihály Engineering Faculty (7624 Pécs, Boszorkány út 2. )

Exhibitors are invited to rent booths to meet the more than 1000 international participants.

Basic booth : 2 x 3 m
including the following elements:
spotlights on every 3 m2
1 booth name panel
1 counter including a closet with lock (100 cm width, 100cm height, 50 cm depth)
1 chair
1 bin
electricity, wireless LAN

Price: 43.500 HUF It is possible to order bigger booth size for 7.250 HUF/ m2 . (1€ = 278 HUF on 17.05.2010.) Extra furniture and decoration are available upon request.
